Application Process
Here at Riserverse Comics, we believe in transparency. We also believe in a blind hiring process.
Step 1. All applications will be submitted to one person, who assigns the application a number.
Step 2. The work attached to the application and the applicant number will be given to the Riserverse team. No other information is given.
Step 3. All work is judged solely by the merits of the work and any attached notes from the applicant, such as how long it took to complete something.
Step 4. Job offers are granted based on the results of the round table meeting and what projects the team thinks would fit best to the style(s) presented in the application.
Step 5. No information on the applicant is given to the table until after projects have been earmarked, at which point contact will be established for final interview, which is more of a meeting to ensure compatibility and negotiate contracts.
